Welcome from the Dean

Thank you for your interest in the Wharton Global Alumni Forum in Beijing

Dear Wharton Alumni and Friends,

I am pleased to invite you to join us for the Wharton Global Alumni Forum in Beijing, June 12- 13, 2009.  This will be the fifteenth Global Alumni Forum Wharton has held in Asia.  The conference theme is “ Global Crossroads for the 21st Century.”

Under the leadership of Co-chairmen, Philip Wu, WG’95 and Robert Zou, WG’94 the organizing committee has planned an inspired program for our Beijing event.

If you previously attended our Global Alumni Forums, you know that one of the greatest benefits of participation is the chance to meet Wharton alumni from around the world. If you have not yet attended a Global Alumni Forum, I urge you to join your fellow alumni, Wharton faculty and industry thought leaders for a rewarding learning and networking opportunity.

Wharton’s global network of 84.000 alumni provides unequaled capacity for intellectual leadership throughout the world.  Events such as the Global Alumni Forums enable us to bring the collective power of that leadership to bear on the most critical issues of our time.  I hope that you will join us in Beijing and be part of the exciting dialogue that will ensue.
